What’s the difference between the Heat Wrap and the Heat + Massage Wrap?
The Heat Wrap provides adjustable warmth across the lower abdomen and lower back. The Heat + Massage Wrap includes the same heat settings plus adjustable vibration.

Does it have to stay plugged in while I use it?
Yes. Veynnelle wraps are plug-in powered and should remain connected to power during use.

How many heat settings are there?
There are three heat levels: approximately 45°C / 113°F, 55°C / 131°F, and 65°C / 149°F.

How many massage settings are there?
The Heat + Massage version has three massage intensity levels.

Can I use a timer?
Yes. The controller includes 15-, 30-, and 60-minute timer options, plus a continuous setting.

Where does the wrap provide heat?
The wrap is designed to cover both the lower abdomen and lower back.

Can I sleep in it?
No. Do not use the wrap while sleeping or if you may fall asleep during use.

Can I use it while pregnant?
The manufacturer advises against use during pregnancy. If you have questions about whether it is appropriate for you, check with your healthcare professional.

Can I use it on damaged or irritated skin?
No. Do not use it on damaged skin or areas with reduced sensitivity to heat.

How do I know whether to choose Heat or Heat + Massage?
Choose Heat if you mainly want targeted warmth. Choose Heat + Massage if you want warmth plus adjustable vibration for an additional layer of comfort.
